Vice President Capital Market

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our Capital Markets team. This role is highly externally facing and will take a lead position in global investor engagement and financing execution, working directly with senior management on equity, private credit, and structured financing initiatives.

The role requires strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to independently manage relationships with institutional investors, private capital providers, and strategic partners across the world. The ideal candidate brings deep transaction experience, strong investor credibility, and a genuine interest in AI and next-generation technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global investor relationships, acting as a representative of the firm to meet face-to-face with institutional investors, private equity, private credit funds, and strategic partners

• Play a central role in structuring and executing financing transactions, including equity raises, private credit facilities, hybrid instruments, and any other financing related work

• Drive preparation and delivery of high-impact investor materials, including investment decks, information memoranda, financial models, and management presentations

• Partner closely with senior leadership, finance, legal, and business development teams to shape capital-raising strategy and investor messaging

• Manage relationships with external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, and auditors

• Proactively expand the firm's global investor network, leveraging existing relationships and developing new institutional access

• Represent the firm in international travel, including investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences across globally

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, private credit, or related roles

• Strong track record in executing capital-raising transactions and managing senior investor relationships

• Excellent financial, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex structures clearly

• High degree of independence, judgment, and accountability; able to operate with limited supervision

• Strong interest in AI, technology, or infrastructure-driven businesses

• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally

• Sector experience in AI, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or frontier technology

• Existing institutional investor access or relationships is a strong advantage
