. Identify and cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing client accounts for our Asset Management products and services.
. Helping develop CITICS Asset Management's sales and distribution strategy for institutional, corporate and distribution clients in Singapore and ASEAN
. Collaborate with the wider team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities in the asset management sector in ASEAN.
. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to meet client needs.
. Provide exceptional support to existing clients, ensuring they receive timely communication and insights regarding their investment portfolios.
. Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and coordinating follow-up activities to drive conversion of prospects
Staying updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and product offerings to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
. Bachelor degree or above, major in business or finance related subjects, with a solid professional foundation in finance and economics.
. Minimum 6 or more years of ASEAN sales experience in an asset management or wealth management
. Existing client relationships in one or more client segments, and a proven track record in winning clients and growing a client following
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with strong relationship development and maintenance capability with institutions and/or corporates
. Strong sales mentality and obvious drive, energy and desire to meet clients, develop relationships and ultimately raise assets
. Clear understanding of business responsibilities and how to manage client demands while also delivering on business objectives
. Strong sense of personal accountability, diligence, initiative and responsibility for owning issues through to resolution, self-motivated and able to work independently
. Keen to work and able to thrive in a fast-growing business with a very broad range of asset management business lines
. Strong command of spoken and written English
