VFX / Production Coordinator

Job Description

- Coordinate with VFX artists, motion graphics editors, offline editors, producers, and directors

- Attend meetings and capture clear notes to keep projects on track

- Create and maintain update decks for internal and client reviews

- Support workflows by organising resources for modeling and rendering

- Assist with day-to-day production tasks to ensure smooth project delivery

- Will be trained to work with VFX related projects

Job Requirements

- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with strong interest in VFX/production

- Familiarity with 3D tools (Unreal Engine or Blender), and/or editing/Photoshop

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, creative environment

- A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail
