Role & Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Technician at our clinic, you will play a vital role in both patient care and clinic operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day reception and client communication
- Assisting veterinarians with patient treatments and client enquiries
- Monitoring anaesthesia and assisting during surgical procedures
- Running laboratory tests and interpreting results
- Providing treatments for hospitalised patients
- Assisting with diagnostic imaging procedures
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant veterinary experience
- Strong technical and clinical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team
- Good communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward animals and clients
