Veterinary Technician / Nurse

Town Vets Animal Clinic

We are seeking a full-time experienced veterinary nurse to join our team of 5 veterinarians and 10 support staff. Your dedication will be integral in helping us provide an outstanding client experience centered on clear communication, compassionate care, and strong patient advocacy.

Requirements
Applicants should be confident and competent in:
Placing IV catheters
Blood collection
Setting up IV fluids
Radiograph positioning
Ultrasound positioning

You should hold a Diploma or Certificate in Veterinary Technology, Veterinary Nursing, or an equivalent qualification.

Role Details
5-day work week including Saturdays(44 hours including breaks)
No Sundays or Public Holiday work
No overnight duties

Nurses rotate through wards, surgery, and laboratory duties, allowing exposure to a wide range of cases and clinical skills.
