Job description

* Customer service with pet owners

* Administration : correspondence with suppliers , managing stock level of medical supplies

* Technology : managing IT and online platform

* Maintain best practices within the dispensary

* Daily operations of dispensary

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Veterinary Technology and above

* Knowledge of medication and pharmacy a plus

Prior relevant experience and training (eg in the medical or veterinary field) is preferred, but not strictly required.

Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client management

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Eye for details

Tech-savvy with an interest in leveraging technology for efficient service delivery.

Computer Literate Microsoft, Excel, Power point, Email
