What We're Looking For
While prior front desk or customer service experience is an advantage, it is not essential-we welcome applicants with the right attitude and a passion for learning.

Key Requirements:

• Polite, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well in a team
• Responsible, reliable, and efficient with time management
• Good interpersonal and communication (PR) skills
• Competent in written and spoken English for client interactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Genuine passion for animal care and welfare
