Job Summary
Join LVS as a full-time team member supporting pet care through reception, communication, and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Welcome pets and their families with friendly and attentive communication to create a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls promptly and schedule appointments accurately to support smooth clinic operations
- Receive and verify deliveries from suppliers to maintain proper inventory and supplies
- Process payments efficiently and accurately to ensure smooth financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, consultation rooms, and surrounding areas to uphold a safe and welcoming environment
- Coordinate communication between referring clinics and internal departments to facilitate seamless patient care
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in the veterinary or medical industry to support clinical operations
- Experience in a clinical setting to assist with understanding of healthcare environments
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone to enhance client interactions
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure effective communication
- Comfort and skill in handling small animals safely and compassionately
Other Information
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week consisting of 3 weekdays (up to 10pm) and Saturdays & Sundays (up to 6pm or 7pm).
