. Communicate with vessel Masters and Chief Engineers to ensure timely and accurate submission of fuel, speed, and voyage performance data.
. Follow up with vessels, vendors, and class societies for closure of open items such as EU ETS / MRV / DCS submissions, data verification, and EUA certificate issuance.
. Assist in preparing and updating weekly vessel performance reports and highlight vessels requiring follow-up or corrective actions.
. Participate in and assist with monthly fleet performance meetings, recording key action points and ensuring follow-ups with concerned vessels or departments.
. Support ship staff behavioural improvements towards data discipline and energy conservation by promoting best operational practices for vessels in port and at sea to enhance data accuracy and fuel efficiency.
. Coordinate with verifiers and internal teams to maintain data quality, resolve discrepancies, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
. No prior experience required in the specific job role, relevant transferable skills from other industries are acceptable
. Degree/Diploma in any discipline
. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a mid-sized organisation (any function)
. Experience in ship management or maritime industry will be an advantage but not mandatory
. Independent, self-starter with strong critical thinking, initiative, and teamwork skills
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Willing to undergo structured on-the-job training
