Vessel Operator

Responsibilities:

• Analyze voyage contracts and plan trips according to agreed terms.
• Coordinate daily operations with ship captains, agents, and suppliers.
• Ensure all voyages meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Appoint port agents and manage port and fuel costs efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with brokers, agents, and stevedores.
• Accurately update and manage operational data in shipping software systems.
• Apply sustainability and fuel efficiency practices to voyage planning.
• Continuously suggest and implement workflow improvements in vessel operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a business discipline related to maritime.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in vessel operations or a similar maritime role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marine management software.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
