Assist in the registration and de-registration of vessels under different flag states
Prepare and submit statutory documents to flag administrations and relevant authorities
Coordinate with classification societies, flag registries, and port authorities on documentation requirements
Maintain and update vessel records, certificates, and registration databases
Track expiry dates of vessel certificates and ensure timely renewals
Liaise with internal departments (operations, technical, legal) for required documentation
Support in flag changes, ownership transfers, and mortgage registrations
Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and flag state requirements
Assist in audits and inspections by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, or related field
Prior experience in vessel registration, ship management, or maritime documentation is preferred
Knowledge of flag state requirements and maritime regulations will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
