Responsibilites
- Work as technical lead, responsible the solution architecture to meet customer requirements, including not only functionality, but also performance, scalability, flexibility, security and high availability.
- Responsible for the integration and service delivery of specify sector presales leads and projects, such as account insight, designing, planning, implementation, service migration etc;
- Assuming the role as point of contact for the management and communication with CXO and technical director level customers and subcontractors, to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and promote market penetration and development.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in ICT infrastructure support and administrative position
- Solid personal presence to act as an effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of client management
- Excellent understanding of IT strategy, the related issues facing CIOs and their decision processes
- Working knowledge of HCI, Backup, Storage, Server, and Disaster Recovery Best Practice and Methodologies.
- Experience and good knowledge in Datacom and network solution, including router, switch, WIFI, firewall etc.
- Experience and good knowledge in vertical market prefer on government and financial sectors.
- Experience and good knowledge of public cloud technology: Openstack architecture, NFV and SDN Architecture, routing protocol, switching protocol.
- Prior experience in managing tender requests.
- Good consultative solution selling and business development skills to align the client's business needs with the solution. Knowledge of the customer's infrastructure and architecture.
- Balance strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
- Ability to works effectively with partners to drive additional revenue.
