About the role

Own the end-to-end creation of vertical micro-dramas — from story and shot planning through AI-generated production to final edit — ready to publish and perform on day one.

What you'll do

• Plan and produce vertical micro-dramas end-to-end: story breakdown, shot list, AI-generated visuals, and final cut
• Use AI generation tools (e.g. Kling, Runway, Vidu, or similar) to produce footage, then edit into binge-ready episodes
• Apply short-form pacing principles — hook in seconds, cliffhanger every episode, mobile-first framing
• Maintain visual and narrative consistency across an entire series
• Track what's performing on platforms like GoodShort, ReelShort, DramaBox, and adapt your approach accordingly

What you bring

• Proven experience producing or editing vertical/micro-dramas, ideally for platforms like GoodShort, ReelShort, DramaBox, or similar
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools — this is core to the role, not a bonus
• Strong editing skills: pacing, cuts, sound design, and visual polish for mobile-first viewing
• A sharp eye for what hooks an audience in the first three seconds
• Ability to work independently and move fast — this industry ships content in days, not months
