Insignia Ventures Partners seeks a Fund Accountant for their finance team. The role encompasses the full range of fund finance operations — capital calls, LP reporting, valuations support, audit, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process capital calls, distributions, and management fees across multiple fund vehicles
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and LPA requirements
- Support portfolio valuation processes
- Assist with annual audits and regulatory filings (MAS and SEC)
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve workflows
- Contribute flexibly across finance and operations
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in fund administration or accounting (PE, VC, or real estate preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) completed or in progress
- Strong accounting fundamentals and IFRS knowledge
