Manage the onboarding, renewal and offboarding of logistics vendors, ensuring all requireddocumentation and contracts are properly maintained.
Monitor vendor performance on a daily basis, investigate service exceptions, and followup on corrective actions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Review vendor invoices, pricing and supporting documents to ensure billing accuracyand compliance with agreed commercial terms.
Support vendor performance reviews by analysing operational data, service quality, costand compliance indicators.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance and other internal departments to resolvevendor-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain vendor records, contracts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuringthey remain accurate and up to date.
Monitor system reports and operational dashboards to identify irregularities,compliance risks and operational trends.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance vendor performance, operationalefficiency and cost control.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on vendor performance, operational costs andcompliance status.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or arelated discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, vendor management, operations, procurement orsupply chain.
Experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) vendors or service providers will be anadvantage.
Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or similarfunctions).
Able to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
