Job Scope
- Oversee IT vendor management by managing risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and legal requirements, and conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Manage contracting processes and vendor costs, ensuring agreements align with business focus, budgets, and regulatory standards.
- Track and analyze vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvements and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor management practices with business objectives and provide detailed reports on vendor performance and risks to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in IT vendor management or procurement.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to IT vendor management and experience managing vendor performance and dispute resolution.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess vendor performance, develop improvement plans, and proactively manage risks.
