Vending Ops Driver

The Vending Ops Driver plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of collectible vending machines across Singapore. The role includes island-wide restocking, light servicing, and ensuring that vending machines present a positive and functional experience for customers.

This is a physically active, mobile job suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, driving, and maintaining a regular routine.

Job Responsibility

1.Vending Machine Maintenance & Repairs
. Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
. Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical issues
. Assist with simple component replacements and basic software update
. Updating of vending machine display.
. Test machine mechanisms upon restocking, to ensure smooth operation
. Perform service call during standby duties as required

2.Stock & Inventory Management
. Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to the assigned delivery schedule
. Load and unload products to vending machine and handle goods carefully to prevent damage
. Report supply needs and low inventory levels
. Support basic warehouse or logistics tasks when required

3.Vehicle Maintenance
. Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles
. Complete basic vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, etc.)
. To inform office of prior maintenance request to prevent downtime
. Follow all road safety regulations and company delivery procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery routes
• Able to read and write Chinese and English
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Prior delivery or vending machine experience will be an advantage
• Singaporean/PR/Work Permit are welcome
• Uniform and training provided

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Mon-Fri)

• Required to support a rotational standby duty, for weekends and public holidays
