Job Title: Vending Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Vending Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our vending machines are well-stocked, clean, and operating smoothly across multiple locations in Singapore. You will play a key role in maintaining product availability and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish snacks, beverages, and essential products in vending machines across assigned locations

• Collect cash from machines and ensure accurate reporting

• Check and monitor machine functionality (payment terminal, product dispensing, connectivity)

• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance when required

• Ensure machines are clean, organized, and presentable at all times

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to warehouse team

• Follow assigned daily routes and complete servicing tasks on schedule

• Record service activities using mobile applications or internal systems

• Assist with installation or relocation of vending machines when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School / Nitec / Higher Nitec qualification

• Possess Class 3/3A driving license

• Physically fit and comfortable handling products and stock replenishment

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

• Basic technical or troubleshooting skills will be an advantage

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Experience in vending, logistics, warehouse, or field service work

• Familiar with cash handling and inventory management

• Basic knowledge of electronic payment systems (e.g., cashless terminals)
