Vending Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Vending Maintenance Technician to join our hardworking team in Singapore. As a full-time Vending Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our network of vending machines are in optimal working condition to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance and repairs on vending machines to identify and resolve any issues
• Restock and replenish vending machine supplies such as sandwiches, beverages, and coins
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with vending machines promptly
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machine performance
• Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure vending machines are operating efficiently across our Singapore network
• Recommend improvements to vending machine functionality and user experience

What we're looking for

• Must have Class 2B AND Class 3 driving license (Vehicle and Bike provided by company)
• Proven experience as a vending machine technician or in a similar maintenance role
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to liaise with business customers
• Hands-on approach and willingness to perform physical work
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Required Skill(s): Painting, Light Brazing, Knowledge of Electronics and Refrigeration
• Must be willing to do relief shifts and take midnight shift as a delivery driver to restock vending machine when the need arises (not often)
• Preferably able to start immediately or within a short noticeResponsibilities

We are looking for a hard-working, driver for permanent FULL-TIME night shift (midnight) to stock and service sandwich vending machines around the South side of Singapore.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A Level/ College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.

At least 1 Yeas(s) of working experience in the related field in required for this position.

Required class 3 driving license (Manual Vehicle) and at least 1-year driving experience.

Sandwich collection at Admiralty Bakery

Sandwich deliveries to outlets all over Singapore

No personal use of vehicle, all equipped with GPS

Allow to bring back the vehicle

Singaporeans or SPR only

Preferably Entry Level specialized in General Work (Driver etc) or equivalent.

Additional Info:

Working hours are from 11:00pm to approximately 9:00am, Monday to Friday, and from 2:00am to around 9:00am on Saturdays.

The machine-based incentive is awarded after independently servicing vending machines (VM). Starting from the 25th machine and for each additional machine thereafter, an extra $100 incentive is provided per machine per month.

The performance-based incentives are as follows:

• Machine Cleanliness and Maintenance: $100 per month
• Minimizing Sandwich Throwaways: $50 per month
• Minimizing Sandwich Sell-Outs: $50 per month
