Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnershipopportunities.
Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.
Establish and maintain extensive industry contacts in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
Requirements
Extensive experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) / Sales sector
Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company's target.
Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
