Job Description:

Act as the key liaison between SPX and external vendors, fostering high-level engagement.
Escalate and resolve any issues raised by external vendors in a timely manner
Partner with the team to drive fulfillment enhancements and optimize costs.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to formulate long-term strategies and set practical operational goals and timelines.
Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring they remain aligned with targeted timelines.
Manage the onboarding of new vendors, developing and implementing effective procedures for their integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Economics, Logistic management or related field
Experience in contract negotiation and vendor performance monitoring is a plus
Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, or logistics industry is a plus.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and drive performance improvements.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and drive meetings independently and effectively.
