Veeva Vault CRM Program Manager (Independent Contractor)

Start Date: September 2025

Location: Onsite in Singapore or Germany

Contract Duration: Very long term

Onsite/schedule: 4 days a week onsite is preferred.

Singapore Citizens or PR only. Visa sponsorship not available

Veeva Vault CRM (stand alone Veeva without any Salesforce instance) is prime requirement, but Veeva CRM (older release over Salesforce) is also acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration for Veeva CRM implementation
• Identify and mitigate risks, provide regular status updates
• Ensure user adoption and effective communication
• Develop project plan and work collaboratively with the Veeva team

Qualifications:

• Veeva CRM program management experience
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM suite and implementation lifecycle
• Salesforce experience also considered
