About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide logistics support by delivering parts to locations within the designated service area as requested by service engineers.
- Update the inventory system via tablet provided by the company, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Collect and return used parts to the company's designated distribution center.
- Transport repaired desktop printers to and from the company's designated distribution center.
- Report to the designated distribution center or collection point for parts replenishment as required.
- Verify the accuracy and condition of received items from the designated distribution center or collection point during replenishment.
- Manage mobile van inventory and perform periodic stock audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (for vans like Hiace or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of driving experience in light commercial vehicles.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses.
- Responsible for vehicle upkeep, including reporting defects and ensuring the van is clean and roadworthy.
- Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Experience in collecting, delivering, and returning parts or equipment safely
- Physically fit to load and unload items safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized to manage delivery schedules.
- Previous experience as a storeman, logistics assistant, or driver.
