Responsibilities
- Perform property valuations for HDB, private residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Singapore to support client decision-making
- Conduct site inspections to collect relevant property data and verify physical conditions for accurate assessments
- Analyze market and property data to prepare detailed, clear, and timely valuation reports for diverse clients
- Manage multiple valuation assignments to ensure completion within agreed deadlines
- Provide expert property tax advisory services to corporate clients by delivering insights and actionable recommendations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications to efficiently prepare reports and presentations
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends for accurate valuations
- Effective communication skills to clearly present findings and collaborate with team members
- Good interpersonal skills to work productively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow, open to candidates with no prior experience
