Duties & Responsibilities
- To support and provide independent valuations of business and business interests, intangible assets, financial instruments, for various purposes including transactions, litigation support, financial reporting and management purposes
- To conduct macroeconomic, industry and market research
- To discuss business plan with key management and transform them into meaningful forecast assumptions
- To develop financial models
- To provide corporate financial advisory services based on client's requirements
- To support other financial advisory services assignments and projects, including cross-functional deployment where required
- To prepare valuation reports, teasers and information memorandum and
- To provide technical valuation support to internal departments where required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, with strong foundation in both accounting and finance concepts
- Candidates with accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA and/or ACCA are preferred Candidates pursuing or holding the CVA or CFA qualification will have an added advantage
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus to foster strong internal and external networks.
