Support valuation engagements end-to-end from client prospecting, requirements gathering, selection of valuation approach, valuation modelling & implementation, report drafting and presentation.
Valuation engagements may cover purposes for transaction valuation, financial reporting, tax reporting, fund audit and Singapore court proceedings.
Valuation subject may cover various industries including technology, healthcare, education, financial services and fund management, consumer, retail, F&B, construction and manufacturing.
Exposure to International Valuation Standards (IVS) from a practitioner standpoint
Support valuation analysis including financial statement analysis, DCF construction, comparable company analysis, comparable transaction analysis and financial forecast analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Good team player and excellent working attitude
Basic knowledge of valuation methodologies including DCF, market multiple approach and option pricing
Proficient in excel and powerpoint
Proficient in valuation report drafting and command of business english and writing
Proficent in executing task independently and conducting desktop research and data analysis
Passionate in valuing assets and convincing target audience your valuation conclusion is reasonable and defensible
Articulate and good presentations skills
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and liaising with stakeholders including business owners, lawyers, fund managers, CFO, auditors and regulators
Periodic night calls required for US and EU clients
Candidates without prior experience in business valuations may apply
