Technical Expertise & Leadership:

. Lead next-gen system architecture design, documentation, programming, and advanced graphics.

What will you need to succeed

Required Education, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • DDC/PLC/Script programming certificates or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in system engineering and programming, with at least 3-5 years in BMS or building automation.
  • Expertise in BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens Desigo CC, WinCC, Apogee).
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies and IoT integration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-rise, data centres, airport, higher education, healthcare, life science or industrial projects
  • Green building certifications (e.g., LEED, BCA Green Mark).
  • Experience with server redundancy solutions such as Stratus everRun, VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT networking in building systems.
  • Proficiency in C/C++/C#, Java, CFC/LAD/FBD/SCL programming skills
  • Strong experience in BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC DA/UA, S7, S7Plus, IEC61850, KNX, M-Bus, REST API, and ProfiNet standard protocol integration.
  • Expertise in chillers, HVAC and lab pressurization control programming and applications.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (GMP, GAMP) and their application in system and equipment validation.
  • Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) principles and lifecycle activities, ensuring systems meet intended use and regulatory expectations.
  • Awareness of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and other global guidelines governing electronic records and signatures.
  • Ability to navigate the end-to-end validation process, from user requirements and risk assessment through qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and supporting documentation such as validation plans, traceability matrices, and change control.
  • Skilled in maintaining audit-ready documentation that demonstrates compliance and system integrity.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and execution of qualification and validation projects according to GMP and FDA guidelines
  • Experience in Siemens programming and configuration of Desigo CC and Desigo PXC for HVAC, cleanroom and building automation
  • Proven expert engineering guidance, specialising in cGMP validation and quality management of computerised building management systems in regulated environments.
  • Develop, author, and manage documentation across all validation and QMS phases (VP, URS, IQ, OQ, FAT, UAT/SAT, RTM)
