CSV Engineer Delta V experienced
Location: Tuas, Singapore.
Duration: 6 12-month renewable contract
About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced DeltaV Engineer with strong hands-on module-level expertise and solid CSV exposure to support GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing projects. This is a renewable contract role (612 months) and requires candidates currently based in Singapore.
What You'll Do
- Develop, configure, and modify Control Modules (CM), Equipment Modules (EM), and Phase logic, including CMI/EMI modules.
- Execute coding, parameter configuration, and support batch architecture aligned with ISA-88/S88 standards.
- Support system integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Participate in full CSV lifecycle activities: URS/FDS/DDS reviews, IQ/OQ execution, and PQ support.
- Ensure full compliance with GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
- Troubleshoot module logic, batch execution issues, and system performance challenges.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, CQV, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years hands-on experience with DeltaV automation in pharmaceutical/biotech settings.
- Strong practical knowledge in CM/EM configuration, phase logic development, and control system architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in module coding, parameter handling, and troubleshooting.
- Background working in GMP-regulated environments with validation and compliance documentation.
- Solid understanding of batch processes and ISA-88 concepts.
