Overview
We are seeking a UX/UI Researcher & Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for enterprise platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through thoughtful design and has a great passion for creating scalable, impactful digital solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Translate complex business processes into clear, intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including product managers, business analysts, and engineers to deliver enterprise digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation, leveraging analytics and stakeholder insights to guide design decisions.
- Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions with business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design operations, best practices, and team development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably working on complex web-based enterprise platforms or digital products.
- Good expertise in UX/UI design and user-centered design methodologies, including design thinking, user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems development.
- Experience applying data-driven design approaches such as A/B testing, conversion optimization, and user engagement strategies.
- Experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms, including product design strategy and digital experience design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD), as well as modern prototyping platforms.
- Experience designing for modern development frameworks.
- Good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, including WCAG standards.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with personalization and gamification techniques in UX design.
- Good experience designing scalable enterprise applications and workflow-based platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align business and design objectives.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing workflow-driven or BPM-based platforms.
- Exposure to AI-assisted UX concepts or human-in-the-loop systems.
- Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments.
