UX/UI Research/Developer

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX Research
• Must have experience in user research principles, methodologies and deliverables including Design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows
• Must have at least 1-2 experience in designing quantitative research, data leveraging from CSAT, Surveys, and Analytics to triangulate findings
• Ability to apply user insights using analytics reports to map to UX research and story telling
• Experience in Google Analytics or equivalent is advantageous
• Experience in SQL, Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI is advantageous
• Experience in design and prototyping tools - Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience collaborating with Product, Tech Teams and Business partners
• Strong understanding of Product Design process and emerging technologies
• Good to have experience working in Agile environment
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
