About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and highly creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will work closely with creative directors, developers, 3D artists, and multimedia designers to create interfaces for interactive installations, websites, mobile applications, kiosks, and immersive experiences.
We are looking for individuals with strong conceptual thinking, excellent visual design skills, and a passion for creating memorable user experiences.
Responsibilities
User Experience (UX)
- Develop user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and information architecture.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive experiences.
- Create interaction concepts for interactive installations and digital experiences.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all platforms.
- Prototype and validate ideas through testing and iterative improvements.
User Interface (UI)
Design modern, visually appealing interfaces for:
- Interactive kiosks
- Touchscreen experiences
- Websites
- Mobile applications
- AR/VR experiences
- Large-format interactive displays
Produce high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
Develop design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Prepare production-ready assets for developers.
Creative Concept Development
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original creative ideas.
- Translate client briefs into innovative digital experiences.
- Develop mood boards, visual directions, and presentation materials.
- Balance aesthetics with functionality to create engaging user experiences.
- Explore emerging technologies and interaction trends to inspire new concepts.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative Director, Technical Director, Developers, and Designers.
- Communicate design rationale clearly during internal reviews and client presentations.
- Collaborate throughout the project lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Project Delivery
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure design quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and refine designs based on feedback.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Diploma or Degree in UX Design, UI Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of UX/UI design experience (fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality visual design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD (optional)
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
Bonus Skills
- Motion design using After Effects or Lottie.
- Experience designing for AR/VR, interactive installations, museums, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end design principles.
- Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine UI workflows.
- Illustration or 3D design experience.
- AI-assisted design workflow experience.
