. Think in systems-creating solutions that scale across products and platforms, not just one-off designs.
. Elevate design quality through continuous iteration and structured feedback, including design Reviews and user testing sessions.
. Contribute to the Design System, including defining, designing, refining, and documenting intuitive and scalable UI components.
