Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights and responsible for design user-centred digital interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process maps (as-is and to-be) from stakeholders
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business processes and requirements
- Facilitate change management and adoption support
- Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories following Agile best practice
- Convey requirements to developers for designing and developing new systems
- Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for applications and digital platforms.
- Develop low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise and test design concepts.
- Ensure designs adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.
- Implement accessibility best practices to accommodate users with disabilities.
- Conduct or participate in usability testing to gather feedback on design effectiveness

Experience and Skills needed
- Experience working as an experience designer, product designer or in related roles.
- Experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Experience in AI & automation enablement/exploration
- Must be proficient and highly skilled with design and prototyping tools, such as: Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable working with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners to deliver services and experiences.
- Strong knowledge in product design processes and emerging technologies.
