About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic UX Strategist & Project Coordinator with solid web experience to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can blend user-centric thinking with strong organisational skills. You'll be working closely with our designers, developers, and clients to deliver digital projects that are intuitive, impactful, and right on time.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Strategy:
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Develop user journeys, personas, and wireframes to guide the design and development process.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that user experience principles are embedded in every project.
- Lead UX audits and usability reviews for client websites and propose improvements.
- Advocate for user-first thinking across all projects.
Project Coordination:
- Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project flow.
- Assist in gathering project requirements, developing scopes, and defining project milestones.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple web and digital projects.
- Organise internal reviews and client meetings, keeping all parties aligned and informed.
- Track project progress, flag risks early, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Background: Minimum 2 years experience in UX design/strategy and digital project coordination, with proven hands-on experience in web projects (corporate websites, eCommerce, or web applications).
- Web Experience: Strong understanding of website structures, UI/UX best practices for web, and familiarity with content management systems (preferably WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, etc.).
- UX Skills: Solid grasp of UX research, wireframing, and user journey mapping. Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills and experience managing digital/web projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to liaise confidently with both internal teams and clients.
- Problem-Solver: Resourceful, solutions-driven, and able to anticipate challenges before they arise.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to deliverables, timelines, and user experience standards.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Familiarity with Agile project management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web accessibility best practices.
