about the job:
- Organizing user tests and User Interviews, participating in the moderation, observation and note taking of each session.
- Conducting desktop research to analyse market landscape and competitor products.
- Analyzing raw data from different sources such as interviews or surveys and turn them into actionable insights for the development team.
- Participating in the write-up of user research reports, research brief.
- Preparing collaborates and summary for internal communication.
- Helping the User Research team in developing best practices in terms of research toolkit and processes
skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, Communication, Information Science or related field.
- Familiar with quantitative analysis using excel and SPSS.
- Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Qualtrics is a bonus.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
