Build Real Systems - Not Just Slides

Most attachments teach you how companies work. This one lets you change how work itself happens.

You will help build tools that remove administrative friction from real organisations - systems that organise messy information, assist human decision-making, and make services more responsive. These are not mock projects or internal exercises. What you ship will be tested in live pilot environments.

We are not looking for specialists. We are looking for people who like figuring things out.

You do not need to already know everything - but you should enjoy learning fast, thinking clearly, and turning ambiguity into something usable. If you have ever automated something just because it was annoying, redesigned a workflow that did not make sense, or wondered how AI decisions should be checked by humans, you will probably enjoy this.

You will leave with:

• A portfolio showing deployed features, not coursework
• Experience working across technology, product and users
• A clear story to tell future employers about impact

Skillset Needed / Willing to Self-Learn

• Interest in UX, product design, or service design
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma or similar) is helpful
• Comfort talking to users and observing behavior
• Willingness to self-learn usability testing and UAT techniques
• Strong empathy and communication skills

What You Will Learn

• Designing interfaces where humans remain in control of AI systems
• Running structured user testing and translating feedback into improvements
• Writing clear onboarding guides and training material
• Product thinking: acceptance criteria, prioritisation, and demo storytelling
