About the role:
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership and drives the entire design lifecycle - creating maintainable design systems, user flows,prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and accessible
- Leads UX decisions for the product to deliver an enjoyable, cohesive, seamless, and human-centered user experience
- Is dependable and thoughtful, with a strong sense of accountability for the quality and impact of their work
- Is able to pay close attention to detail, but also able to step back and consider the big picture with user flows
- Is able to collaborate with team members well
- Advocates for design quality and usability standards across the product
- Is a continuous learner and is open to picking up new technologies and skills as needed
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience with:
- User experience design
- Working in cross-functional teams
- Design systems, user research, and prototyping
- Writing simple and clear copy
Bonus:
It would be great if you also have experience with:
- 3D rendering and animations
