Use Usability Test findings to re-design existing portal, improving the user journey, navigation and look and feel of the portal
Create an information architecture for the comprehensive resources in the portal that cuts across the different life stages e.g., dating, newly-weds, expectant parents
Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma to effectively communicate design solutions
Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across the platform
Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions
Qualifications
Proven track record in user research, including interviewing, usability testing, and thematic analysis
Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
Experience in information architecture and content strategy
Ability to translate complex processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems
Required Skills
Government and Public Sector Knowledge (Preferred)
Understanding of Singapore Government operating environment and policy development processes
Experience working with government agencies in product or service delivery contexts
Preferred Skills
Relevant design and UX certifications and experience with government websites
