What You Will Do
As a UX Designer, you will:
Collaborate across multiple products within cross-functional teams consisting of designers, developers, and product managers.
Develop user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for client's products.
Carry out user research to identify user needs and pain points, enabling well-informed design decisions.
Plan and facilitate user testing sessions to validate design solutions and collect meaningful insights.
Contribute to and leverage our evolving design system to maintain consistency and scalability across client's product suite.
Gather and manage stakeholder requirements, translating them into effective product designs.
Prepare detailed design specifications and deliver assets to support accurate implementation by development teams.
Lead kick-off workshops to clarify objectives, collect requirements, and ensure alignment on business goals.
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Haves
Years of relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a proven track record of contributing significantly to successfully launched products.
Experience delivering digital products end-to-end, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, conducting usability testing, mapping user flows, and producing high-fidelity screens.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver and enhance features.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a careful and detail-oriented approach.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other relevant design tools.
Experience working with design systems to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
A compelling design portfolio that showcases your expertise and experience.
A belief in leveraging technology for the public good.
