The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a talented CRO Specialist who lives and breathes
Conversion Rate Optimisation and has a strong understanding of UX, SEO,
and PPC.

What You'll Be Doing
As our CRO Specialist, you'll work hand-in-hand with our marketing,
analytics, design, and account servicing teams to implement cutting-edge CRO strategies that maximise client performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of conversion and UX strategies, from data-driven ideation through testing, analysis, and optimisation.
- Deliver end-to-end project management — planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and seamless delivery.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to identify performance-boosting insights.
- Perform UX and conversion audits including:
- Website and analytics reviews
- User journey and heuristic analysis
- Wireframing and information architecture evaluations
- Task flows, user scenarios, and persona development
- Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to uncover insights and improve user journeys.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, analytics, paid media, SEO) to deliver high-impact CRO programs.
- Provide continuous data-driven recommendations that help clients achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Translate complex testing results into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Take full ownership of CRO program success for multiple client accounts — celebrating wins and learning from challenges.
- Contribute to and refine best practices and workflows to ensure consistent quality, scalability, and communication across teams.
What We're Looking For

exceptional online experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Solid knowledge of UX strategy, data analytics, A/B testing, and heatmap analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple channels — SEO, PPC, content, and design.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- A self-starter who can manage deadlines, juggle priorities, and deliver quality results.
- Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and process improvement.

- Web Analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Clarity
- Heatmap/User Behaviour: Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity
- A/B Testing: VWO, Adobe Target
- Experience with usability testing and user interviews is a plus.
