Job description:
Purpose This role provides design recommendations for the company's products and solutions based on the implementation of user-centric methods during the design and development process, allowing optimized user experiences.
Key Missions- Gathers and evaluates user and ecosystem needs in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Conducts users interviews and tests, studies and evaluates how users feel about a system or concept, looking at things like ease of use, perception of the value of the system or concept, efficiency in performing tasks, etc.
- Translates user needs and business requirements into recommendations, that will result into features and functionalities for a system or concept
- Develops process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups (hardware and software) to effectively conceptualize, test and communicate high-level design strategies
- Identifies and troubleshoots UX problems to improve the existing system or concept
- Promotes the user-centric approach and methodologies across the company's engineer teams (and beyond)
