Join a dynamic engineering environment supporting critical utility systems within a highly regulated manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Utility Engineer to take ownership of essential utility operations, troubleshooting and project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support critical utility systems including Reverse Osmosis (RO), Water for Injection (WFI), clean steam and other related systems.
- Lead and manage change controls for projects involving new or upgraded utility equipment, including RO and WFI systems.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance and performance of critical utility equipment.
- Lead investigations into deviations related to critical utilities using TrackWise.
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for equipment failures and operational issues.
- Support ongoing utility engineering projects and ensure systems remain compliant with applicable GMP requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline and above.
- 4-10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems is essential.
- Experience with WFI, clean steam and other critical utility systems.
- Strong knowledge of utility equipment operation and maintenance.
- Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment is essential pharmaceutical experience is not mandatory.
- Good troubleshooting, investigation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to manage projects, change controls and technical investigations independently.
