Plan, propose, and coordinate utility diversion and reinstatement works to meet project timelines and quality standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve utility support and diversion issues effectively
Coordinate with utility agencies such as PUB, ITSC, LTA EA, SPPG, and telco to secure approvals and ensure compliance for final reinstatement works
Supervise and manage site construction activities related to utilities, including road diversion, installations, testing, and commissioning to ensure operational success
Prepare and submit detailed documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures for timely review and approval
Oversee excavation activities to ensure safe execution and prevent damage to underground utilities, maintaining site safety and regulatory compliance
Required competencies and certifications
Knowledge of NCE application and PTD systems
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in utility works
