Utilities Engineer (HDB/Civil/Infrastructure Projects)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government agencies and utility providers on service-related matters.
• Review utility layouts, trench investigation findings, and as-built documentation.
• Plan and oversee detection, verification, and protection/diversion of utilities.
• Handle permit submissions and approvals (e.g., LTA CORNET, PUB UTMS, road opening).
• Supervise on-site utility works to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to approved plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in utility planning, diversion or installation.
• Familiar with utility authority processes and submission platforms.
• Able to read and interpret engineering and utility drawings accurately.
