Job Summary
This role a high-exposure opportunity to dive into all aspects of user research, supporting both quantitative and qualitative studies. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience across various financial products (both B2C and B2B) across different regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
Research Execution & Support (Qualitative & Quantitative)
- Study Preparation: Assist in the preparation of research materials, including recruitment screeners, discussion guides, survey questions, and usability test protocols.
- Data Collection: Execute both qualitative and quantitative research activities under guidance, including:
- Conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Programming, distributing, and monitoring online surveys (e.g., NPS, product feedback).
- Coordinating participant recruitment and scheduling.
- Competitive Analysis: Support market sensing and competitive landscape research by collecting and analyzing data on competitor products, features, and user experience.
Data Analysis & Synthesis
- Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data collected from various research methods to identify key themes, trends, user pain points, and opportunities.
- Data Management: Organize, clean, and manage research data following best practices.
Reporting & Communication
- Report Crafting: Assist in creating comprehensive research reports, presentations, user journey maps, and user personas to communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing).
- Presentation: Present research findings and user insights clearly and compellingly to internal teams.
General
- Work collaboratively with Senior Researchers and cross-functional teams to align research activities with product and business goals.
- Maintain documentation of research processes and findings.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Communication, Sociology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- More than 2 years of experience in conducting user research, UX research, or a similar field (internship or academic project experience is highly relevant).
- Foundational knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency with basic data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint/SPSS).
