Key Responsibilities
Research Strategy & Execution
- Study Preparation: Design research materials including recruitment screeners, discussion guides, and usability protocols.
- Data Collection and Management: Execute qualitative and quantitative activities (interviews, usability testing, NPS/product feedback surveys) with a focus on uncovering hidden user pain points. Proactively organize, clean, and manage research repositories to ensuring data is search-ready for stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Proactively monitor the market landscape to identify competitive advantages and shifts in user expectations.
- Synthesis: Go beyond data processing to identify so-what insights. Analyze complex data to propose actionable solutions for product and business challenges.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Integrate AI tools into the research work to maximize work efficiency.
Proactive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Bridge Building: Act as a proactive liaison between Product, Design, and Business teams. Reach out to stakeholders to ensure research aligns with their evolving needs.
- Storytelling: CraS reports, playbooks, and research agent that don't just report data but tell a story that motivates the team to take action.
- Insight Advocacy: Confidently present findings to cross-func
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Sociology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in User/UX Research (including high-impact internships or academic projects).
- Methodological Rigor: Foundational knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Tech Enthusiast:
- Direct experience or a strong interest in AI tools to improve the research efficiency.
- A natural curiosity to experiment with new methodologies and tools.
- Soft Skills: A self-starter mindset with the motivation to tackle ambiguous problems and the interpersonal soft skills to communicate proactively across a diverse team.
