User Operations Intern (DTC & O2O)

As part of CHAGEE Singapore's expansion, we are looking for a dynamic User Operations Intern to be part of the pioneering team. You will be responsible for supporting platform operations, coordinating campaign rollouts etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and coordination of operations for our Direct-to-Customer (DTC) and Third-party (O2O) channels
• Support the team in maintaining a smooth user experience across our app, online ordering, in-store and delivery platforms
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns e.g. upload & review of app banners
• Monitor user journeys and help flag any operational issues or drop-offs
• Assist in responding to customer enquiries and ensuring prompt follow-up
• Help track performance of campaigns or user engagement, and assist in generating reports
• Support in various team projects, including ad hoc tasks as required
