Responsible for managing real user data required for AI visual/audio functions in the smart home category (e.g., cameras, doorbells, door locks, robot vacuums, speakers), ensuring the delivery of high-quality data results.
Oversee the full lifecycle of overseas user tasks, including user recruitment, task assignment/management, data analysis for process optimization, timely handling of user feedback, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of user data operations.
Develop and implement user incentive strategies, distribute rewards, and monitor key metrics (e.g., task conversion rate, user retention rate, data validity rate) to optimize reward mechanisms and operational methods. Continuously enhance user engagement to meet data requirements for product functionality improvements.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in basic office software.
At least three years of experience in overseas user operations or cross-border data operations; candidates with a background in the smart home or AI industry are preferred. Passionate about interacting with users.
Strong English reading and writing skills; fluent in spoken and written Chinese for effective communication with Chinese colleagues.
