About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic User Operations Manager who can build and scale user lifecycle operations framework from 01. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to turn strategy into hands-on execution. You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and reactivation to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Operations Lead to design and execute strategies across the entire user lifecycle.
- Analyze core metrics based on business stage and market conditions to guide strategic decisions.
- Work with relevant teams and manage project progress and priorities with an owner mindset, ensuring delivery despite limited resources or incomplete information.
- Use funnel analysis, segmentation, behavioral-path analysis, and other models to identify issues and opportunities.
- Deliver user operations analysis reports that provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Take responsibility for project results, focusing on ROI and improvements in core business metrics.
- Contribute to other user- or agent-related initiatives to drive growth, engagement, and retention as needed.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build full-funnel user operation mechanism
- Strong capability in metric decomposition aligned with business goals (registration, activation, funding, trading frequency, retention, etc.).
- Proven ability in using data to uncover insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive alignment, and deliver results under uncertainty.
- Strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to set goals and mobilize stakeholders
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high levels of ambiguity
- Clear communicator with strong logic
- Interest in trading, finance, or crypto, with willingness to continuously learn and grow.
