Job Title: User Experience (UX) Design
Contract: 2 Years
Location: Paya Lebar Square, Singapore
Nature of Service:
- Define and plan qualitative user research to effectively inform the design and development of products & services.
- Lead recruitment efforts to recruit and manage both internal and external participants.
- Conduct qualitative user research independently (e.g. in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, ethnographic observations, focus groups, diary studies, usability testing, remote testing, etc.).
- Familiarity with mapping and applying design frameworks (e.g customer journey mapping, personas, assumptions mapping, etc).
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to translate research insights into design (e.g. collaborative sketching, prototyping, user stories).
- Communicate research insights effectively depending on project needs (e.g. reports, stakeholder workshops, videos, etc.).
- Nice to have: Understanding of quantitative user research such as analytics, A/B testing, data-mining, etc.
Required Role's competencies, skills & knowledge
- Relevant degree/diploma (e.g. sociology, anthropology, cognitive psychology, Human Factors, Human-Centred Design) or industry experience.
- End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research process.
- Knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with different stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Portfolio with examples of leading strategic user research with significant business outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years experience conducting effective UX/user/design/experience research.
- Change management expertise would be advantageous
